Peach Habanero

This pepper jam is where sweet meets heat. This jam is made with Peaches, Habaneros, Jalapeno's and is infused with bourbon, It's a hot jam that can be used on meat, poultry, pork or fish and does well even in a veggie stirfry or on a charcuterie boards. The heat starts off around medium to start and finishing off with more heat in the back end.
