This jam is a very versitile jam, Made as a savory jam, it's base is of Bourbon and wiskey with apples,  onions,and habanero's making this a mildly savory sweet but spicy hot jam that can be used on charcuterie boards, on steak, chicken, pork, fish or even in stirfrys as well as over veggies.
